We are pleased to announce the Online booking system for CEIF 2017.
Interface Data and Design will manage the floor plan and the event on behalf of AIPTIA.
The Online floor plan will be available as a soft launch for viewing on the 5th of November, 2016 from 2.00 pm onwards. Please click here to view the floor plan. http://preconfirm.in/floorplan/
Please note that the actual booking process will open on 7th November, 2016 at 1.00 pm for AIPTIA MEMBERS ONLY
The process for booking space will require you to log in with the Username & password provided individually via E-mail for AIPTA Members only. Once you login you will receive an OTP on your Mobile Number registered with AIPTIA. Please enter the OTP in order to access the Floor plan, which will enable you to BLOCK the stall of your choice on first come first serve basis.

Once you block the stall, you will receive an Email confirmation along with a proforma invoice, for you to remit100% within 7 working days via RTGS/NEFT to the AIPTIA’s bank account as per the details provided in proforma invoice. This will complete the booking process of your stall.
Please note in case of not receiving the payment within 7 working days the stall will be released.
With this user id and password, you will be able to book a single stall. Merger of stalls is not permitted.
Stalls marked “* * *” indicate premium charges on account of prime position on the floor plan.
FOR NON MEMBERS BOOKING OPENS ON 18st November, 2016 at 10.00 am. To get the username and password please contact the helpline mentioned below after 17th November, 2016.
